Privacy Policy

Your Privacy Is Important

You have a right to know how we use your data. We have a Privacy Policy below, but want to answer some questions you may have in plain terms.

“Will Atlas-Heritage sell my information to advertisers or marketers?” No. We won’t. That’s not how we work.

We obtain information about you that’s needed to close your real estate transaction. We sometimes have to share information about you with third parties, like your bank. However, we only share your information with parties that have both a need for it and a legal right to see it. Simply put, when we share anything about you, it’s limited to the specific purpose of closing your real estate transaction.
